To regard culture as the privilege of any particular class is against the spirit of democracy and to permit the individual to give free expression to his idiosyncrasies , even when they are harmful to society , is the negation of socialism . संस्कृति को एक वर्ग विशेष का विशेषाधिकार मानना प्रजातंत्र की आत्मा के विरूद्ध है और किसी व्यक़्ति को उसकी विशिष्टता की अभिव्यक़्ति की अनुमति देना , ऐसी स्थिति में भी जबकि वे समाज के लिए हानिकर हैं , समाजवाद को अस्वीकार करना है .
